"Do you have all of your properties listed online?" – All properties that are available for rent are listed on our website.
"How often do you update the website with new listings?" – Daily
"What if I am moving in a few months and find a property that I like? Can you hold it for me?" – We do not hold properties for prospective tenants. However, if you fill out an application online, we can pre-approve you for when you are ready to move. Applications are good for 3 months, after that time we require that you fill out a new application.
"How long does the application process take?" – It typically takes between 24-48 hours which gives our staff enough time to get in touch with your references.
"What if I have bad credit?" – Our application is based on a point system. If you have poor credit history, your points can be raised by having great rental references. We do our best to accommodate all types of people from all types of backgrounds and budgets.
"Does this property accept pets?" – Most of our properties are pet friendly, we do however, require pet rent in addition to the rental amount. Dog rent is $25 per month per dog, and cat rent is $10 per month per cat. All pets must be approved by the owner.
"Are utilities included in my rent?" – Generally, utilities are not included in the rental amount. Some subdivisions charge homeowner association dues which include water and trash removal, but not gas and electric. At your lease signing, we provide you with contact information and paperwork to set up your utilities.
