Kokopelli Property Management is proud to introduce a new set of tools for the renter that allows you to search for the perfect place to call home, to apply for your lease, and once you are here, to schedule maintenance.

Some of the areas that are now found in the portal are Q&A, Tenant Testimonials, Moving Tips and Timetables, and coming soon, a new and improved (and more economical) way to pay your rent online via eCheck.

Paying rent online - changes are coming!

New payment system via Propertyware Portal

Please note that in September, we will be implemented a new payment processing system for paying rent and other charges online through the new Propertyware Portal. Prior to this transition, feel free to continue using Paylease via the "Pay My Rent" link to the left. If you would like to pay online and have never done so, please contact our accounting team at 988-7244 for more information.

Application Process Update &Fee Info

Please take note that the process for applying for a property online has been changed with the introduction of the new Propertyware portal. Now, to apply for a property, you first find the property you like, then click the apply button on the related property page. Please note the following fees for the application process:

For a single or couple applicant, the processing fee is $35 which we will accept in credit card, check, or money order. For credit card processing, please contact Kokopelli directly at 888-988-7244 and ask for Beverly.

Any additional applicants are $25 each.

For more than one single applicant, the processing fee is $60.

The old link that used to be found here has been removed as part of the conversion to the Propertyware Portal. We make every effort to process your application and contact you within 24 to 48 hours.
